Mike is the Operations Director at Convergence. He has a degree in Economics BSc from the University of Birmingham. His background is in operations and entrepreneurship, most recently from another EA org and previously as a founder of a renewable energy business as well as a small chain of food and beverage outlets. In his spare time he takes to the seas as a sailor and surfer.
